Dubai, perhaps more so than anywhere else on earth, is filled with luxury hotels. Every major luxury brand is represented and some even have multiple locations there. One of my personal favorites is the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. It's at the edge of the sea and all the rooms and suites have beautiful sea views.
