Part of this years potato harvest. Of the potatos planted, many in this patch were viking and yukon gold potatos. I felt that these potatoes yielded decently despite lack of garden bed preperation/fertility. I initially started with approximately 5lbs of seed potato per variety. Some of the yukons were grown in grow bags which will be shown in part 2.
