The City of L.A.'s Amrep Rolloffs

Описание к видео The City of L.A.'s Amrep Rolloffs

Here's a video for the rolloff fans of the small and elusive fleet of rolloffs run by the City of L.A. All residential/commercial/industrial and C&D rolloff work in the city is open market for any private haulers with a solid waste permit—the city's rolloffs only do work at their own yards and facilities as well as LAX, making them very difficult to film. Anyways, in this video you'll see a 2012 LNG Peterbilt 320, a 2006 LNG Autocar, a 2008 diesel ALF Condor, a 2009 LNG Peterbilt 320, and a 2002 diesel Peterbilt 320 all with Amrep rolloff frames. The Condor is particularly interesting as it was originally a PB Loader used for alley cleanups, but the city ultimately decided it and its brother were too wide for that application and in 2013 they were converted to rolloffs. The rolloffs are also interesting as they are spread between different city divisions—Sanitation has the majority at 16 I believe but I can tell you that Street Services and Recreation and Parks have a few too. It wouldn't surprise me if DWP also has some.
