Mixed Dry Fruits:
Raisins - 100 gms / around 2/3 cup
Dried Apricots - 100 gms / around 2/3 cup ( chopped )
Black Currants - 100 gms / around 2/3 cup ( chopped )
Dried Rose Berry Plums - 100 gms / around 2/3 cup ( chopped )
Dates ( without seed ) - 100 gms / around 2/3 cup ( chopped )
( you can use any other dry Fruits of your choice )

Nuts:
Cashew Nuts - 50 gms / 1/3 cup ( chopped )
Walnuts - 50 gms / ½ cup ( chopped )
( you can use any other Nuts of your choice )

Spice powder mix:
Cinnamon - ½ tsp
Nutmeg - ¼ tsp
Cloves - 2

Fresh Juice of 1 Orange - ¼ cup / 60 ml
Orange Zest of 1 Orange - Around 2 tbsp
or you can use
( 1 tbsp of Lime Zest & 1 tbsp of Orange Zest )

Dry Ginger powder - ½ tsp
( instead of Dry Ginger powder, you can use ½ tsp of Dry Ginger Or freshly grated Ginger )

Dark Rum - 1 cup / 240 ml
All-purpose Flour / Maida - 240 gms / 2 cups
Brown Sugar powder - 200 gms / 1 cup
Salted Butter - 200 gms
Eggs - 4
Sugar - ½ cup / 100 gms
Hot Water - ¼ cup + 2 tbsp / 90 ml
All-purpose Flour / Maida - 3 to 4 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Baking Pan - 8 inch
Unflavoured Oil / Butter
Butter paper
