ASPIRATION – 75 Years celebrates the enduring legacy of Aspiration, the Annual Exhibition-cum-Handicraft Fair of the Sri Aurobindo Institute of Culture (SAIOC)—an inspired initiative begun by Smt. Joya Mitter, visionary educationist and cultural torchbearer.

Over seven and a half decades, Aspiration has evolved into a unique platform harmonising art, craft, beauty, and inner growth, reflecting the ideals of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother. The exhibition has consistently nurtured creativity, self-expression, and the spirit of collective upliftment.

During the week-long programme, several friends of the Institute, school alumni, well-wishers, and members of the larger community gather each year, making Aspiration not only an exhibition but also a vibrant meeting ground of shared memories, inspiration, and goodwill—particularly significant during this milestone 75th year.

This docufeature, directed by Rwitobroto Mukherjee and his team, captures the journey, philosophy, and human stories behind Aspiration, tracing its evolution as a living cultural movement rooted in consciousness and service.
