Aubrey is attending Fairmont State University this fall to study Exercise Science with the help of a Patient Advocate Foundation scholarship. In 6th grade, she was diagnosed with a rare disease known as Chronic Recurrent Multifocal Osteomyelitis. With this diagnosis came a multitude of doctor visits, surgery, and the care of a specialist from out of state. This scholarship will take a burden off her family's shoulders and allow Aubrey to focus on academics instead of worrying about financial costs. Congratulations to this brave and deserving scholarship recipient!
