Simula sa March 28 ay ititigil muna ang pagbiyahe ng mga tren ng Philippine National Railways sa Metro Manila.

Ayon sa Department of Transportation, limang taon ang itatagal ng tigil-operasyon para bigyang-daan ang konstruksyon ng North-South Commuter Railway Project.
