Installing Peel & Stick Wallpaper from a Pro Perspective

Jim Parodi, a second generation paperhanger from NY State test hangs one of the self stick wallpapers now being marketed in the USA and Canada. Although this is generally being sold as a do-it-yourself wallpaper, professional paperhangers are being asked more and more to hang them in residences. This video takes a look at the reality of "easy to hang" mass market wallpaper when it is actually used on walls and not as a small accent on shelves, stair risers and other knick knacks.

The product being installed in the video is a mass market item by Nu Wallpaper. Other manufacturers and custom houses are making peel and stick offerings so installation results and quality or material may be radically different from specialty manufacturers offering high end peel and stick.
