Hey guys! Before I start let it be known, all of the incidents mentioned in this video were extremely sad and I’d like to recognize the people affected by them. 🙂

As roller coasters have been around for a little over a century now, they have developed significantly in safety and other aspects of the industry, but that hasn’t been without fault. Unfortunately, accidents do occur and it’s important we educate ourselves about them. These are 5 of the worst roller coaster disasters in amusement history.

*Out of respect for the people affected by these accidents, I’ve refrained from including any actual footage or pictures of the events that took place. (Hence the reason for the thumbnail and POV of Whizzer).
