When Vietnam Veterans Threw Back Their Medals

Joe Urgo who was a soldier in Vietnam in 1968 and later active in Vietnam Veterans Against the War talks about an angry protest on April 23, 1971 when hundreds of Vietnam Veterans went to the stops of the Capitol and through back medals, ribbons and discharge papers. Wikipedia says about 800 veterans took part. In Chicago on May 20 a number of Iraq/Afghan veterans plan to return their medals in an anti-NATO protest.
