F-lavor - Love the pink lemonade. Have tried other flavors and so far this is my favorite. The lemon isn’t too sour and it’s not too sweet for early in the morning.

-Mix it to your liking -
I like one scoop into 16 ozs as they recommend but my buddy likes to have one scoop per 8oz and I’ve heard of people even doing 1 big scoop inside their canister they bring to work for the day.

-Time to make -
1 minute. Just fill glass of water and stir it up for about 30 seconds. The powder can take a little time to mix in from the top.

-Cool benefit -
Poor in a water bottle to go or your canister to go in 60 seconds or less.

-Take the container to go but the bottle is not water proof! I left it in an ice chest full of water and the water got in. It might not have beens sealed all the way but who knows.
