I'm Mrs. Schops, and today I will show you how to prepare a delicious and healthy baked salmon with vegetables ( #lowcalorie #antiinflammatory #glutenfree ). This recipe is anti-inflammatory, low in calories, and gluten-free – perfect for a nutritious dinner. Follow along for a step-by-step guide to make this simple yet flavorful dish.

Ingredients:
400 g potatoes
3 onions
3 carrots
250 g cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
Ground pepper
Salt (I always like to use salt with herbals or Himalayan salt)
3-4 sprigs of rosemary
2 salmon fillets (140 g each)

Preparation:
[Scene 3: Preparation of Vegetables]
First, peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
Next, peel the onions and slice them.
Peel and clean the carrots, then slice them as well.
Chop the garlic.

[Scene 4: Assembling the Dish]
Pour the olive oil into your baking dish.
Layer the potato slices in the dish, and season them with salt and pepper.
Add the carrots and garlic on top. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees for fan ovens).
Add the sliced onions on top, and season them with salt and pepper.
Finally add the sprigs of fresh rosemary on the vegetables.

[Scene 5: Baking the Dish]
The fish is salted and peppered on both sides.
Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.
Distribute the cherry tomatoes over the dish.
Finally, the dish is poured with olive oil.
The baking pan is wrapped in aluminum foil.
Bake it in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

[Scene 6: Final Touches and Serving]
After about 30 minutes, we take the baking pan out, remove the aluminum foil, and put the baking pan back in the oven for another 5 minutes. This will make the fish crispy and golden.
Once the baking time is up, check if the salmon and veggies are cooked through.
If they are, it's ready to be served. Look at that beautiful dish! Healthy, colorful, and delicious.
