Most of the cocoa in our chocolate comes from Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire. And while we enjoy our favourite bars, many cocoa farming families are still living on poverty-level incomes and forests are being cleared to keep cocoa cheap.

is doing something amazing: paying more for cocoa, working with co-ops, tracing their beans, and using child labour monitoring and remediation to help protect both children and the land. It’s a step towards chocolate that isn’t built on exploitation.
