This video demonstrates how to backup and restore a database of your website from the cPanel. There are two ways to backup and restore MySql database:
1. Backup wizard
2. phpMyAdmin

For backup and restore using the backup wizard in file section, follow these steps:
1. Login to cPanel
2. Under files section click on 'Backup Wizard'
3. Select 'Backup'
4. Under partial backup, select 'MySQL Databases'
5. Click on database you want to create a backup for.
6. A '.sql.gz' file will be downloaded on your system as a local
back up file.

For restoring the database using backup wizard, follow these steps:
1. Go to 'Backup Wizard'
2. Select 'Restore'
3. Select restore type as 'MySQL Databases'
4. Choose the file that you have downloaded previously as a
backup.
5. Click on upload
6. The database will be restored to the contents of the file
uploaded.

For creating a database backup from phpMyAdmin, follow these steps:
1. Go to 'phpMyAdmin' under the databases section
2. Select the database from left side menu list
3. Click on 'Export' on the top menu
4. Select the type of export
a. Quick Export
b. Custom Export
5. Select the database format
6. Click on 'Go'
7. A '.sql' file will be downloaded of the database.

For restoring the database using phpMyAdmin, follow these steps:
1. Go to 'phpMyAdmin', under databases section.
2. Select the database from left side menu that you want to
restore
3. On the top menu click on 'Import'
4. Select the '.sql' file that you want to restore t=the database to.
5. Click on 'Go'
6. The database will be restored to the content of the file that you have uploaded.
