On 17th January, 2018, CEPT University kicked off its specialized training program for ‘Urban Expansion through Town Planning Schemes’ under the World Bank funded Capacity Building and Urban Development (CBUD) Project in consultation with Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). It was inaugurated by Dr. Sameer Sharma (Addl. Secretary, MoHUA), Mr. Paresh Sharma, (Chief Town Planner, Govt of Gujarat) and C.K. Koshy (Advisor, CEPT Research and Development Foundation (CRDF), Addl. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Gujarat) and Dr. Bimal Patel (President, CEPT University).
