🍤 Prawns Biryani Recipe | Easy & Tasty Homemade Biryani

Hello friends, welcome to our YouTube channel Food Adventurer!

In today’s video, we are sharing a delicious and

flavorful Prawns Biryani recipe made with

simple ingredients and an easy step-by-step method.

This recipe is perfect for seafood lovers and

can be prepared at home without any difficulty.

If you enjoy cooking biryani or trying new

seafood recipes, this prawns biryani will surely

become one of your favorites. Let’s get started!

🧑‍🍳 Preparation Method

First, clean the prawns properly and keep them aside.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,

and ginger-garlic paste to the prawns.

Mix everything well and allow the prawns to

marinate for 15 minutes.

While the prawns are marinating, prepare the green paste.

Add green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, and

mint leaves into a mixer jar.

Add a little water and grind it into a smooth

paste. Keep it aside.

Next, wash the basmati rice thoroughly and

soak it for 20–30 minutes.

Boil water with salt and whole spices, then

cook the rice until it is 70% cooked.

Drain the rice and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions until they turn golden brown.

Remove the fried onions and keep them aside.

In the same pan, add some oil and ghee.

First add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.

Then add the prepared green paste and cook well.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder,

turmeric powder, garam masala, biryani

masala, cumin powder, and cardamom powder.

Cook the masala until oil starts releasing from the sides.

Add the marinated prawns to the masala and

cook on high flame for 5–7 minutes.

Do not overcook the prawns, as they may become hard.

Next, add curd and lemon juice and mix gently.

Add half of the fried onions and mix well.

Now add the boiled rice carefully and mix lightly.

Top the rice with the remaining fried onions,

coriander leaves, and mint leaves.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes on dum.

🍽️ Serving & Ending

Finally, hot and delicious Prawns Biryani is ready to serve!

Serve it hot with raita or salad and enjoy this

aromatic homemade biryani with your family and friends.
