In this case, we took our espagnole sauce and turned it into an espagnole reduction, thus letting us make some delicious pan seared lamb chops with balsamic glaze.

Now when it comes to how to make lamb chops, people get a little scared as it's something they dont know, but it's really quite simple. So, how to cook lamb chops in skillet? Well, you'll cook them just like you would your steak. You want the skillet to be nice a hot, getting a nice pan seared lamb with those golden marks. You'll go about 4-5 minutes on one side and then finish them off for a minute or so on the other.
