I used Blood Antspur rapier + 25 with Poisonous Mist and Starfists + 25

Talisman Used - Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom ; Two Headed Sword; Ritual Shield; Millicent Prosthesis ; Crimson Seed Talisman +1 ; Axe Talisman ; Blessed Blue Dew Talisman ; Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman

Radahn is not included its probably bugged also there is no second phase for mohg and malenia might be some issues too.
