Wedam Kadoa Rhoda, a passionate menstrual hygiene advocate has dedicated herself to breaking the silence surrounding menstruation and educating young people about menstrual health in her Ghanaian community. Rhoda has authored a book titled "No More Suffering in Silence." This illustrated guide explains menstruation in an easy-to-understand way for students. It combines cultural, practical, and medical guidance with real-life stories to provide a comprehensive resource for young girls.

We aim to print and distribute 1,000 copies of "No More Suffering in Silence" to young people in need. We need your support to make this vision a reality.
