48 hours before a record winter storm threatened ¾ of the U.S., I took my 2021 Sea-Doo FishPro out on a local river running a Garmin LiveScope Plus LVS34 forward-facing sonar to find structure, bait, and fish near cover. What happened next? I landed my largest crappie to date — a 16¼″ beast weighing 1.68 lbs, all thanks to LiveScope-guided targeting.
This video shows real LiveScope sonar scanning, how I interpret fish and structure underwater, and how that tech literally helped me see the fish before I caught them using Bobby Garland Baby Shad on 1/8 oz jig heads, 6 lb mono, Light Shakesphere rod & KastKing Centron 500 series reel.
