How to Get the Gibdo Mask & Get Rid of the Gibdo - The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask Walkthrough

You'll need to have learned the Song of Storms before being able to get the Gibdo Mask (see the link below if necessary).

In Ikana Canyon shoot the Octoroks with Ice Arrows and jump over to the other deck. Hookshot your way up the cliff and go into the cave behind the Music Box House. Inside the cave you'll find Sharp who will slowly kill you with his music unless you either play the Song of Storms or you leave the cave. If you play the Song of Storms, Sharp will be freed of the curse he was under and the water will begin to flow again. The water will cause the Music Box House to play the "Farewell to Gibdos" song causing the Gibdo to go away.

With the Gibdo gone, a little girl by the name of Pamela will come out. If she sees you, she'll run back into the house. If this happens then you have two options: wait a little while somewhere off in the distance or cause an explosion with a bomb or the Blast Mask. To get into the house you can either wait until Pamela walks over to the well or just use the Stone Mask to walk by her. The latter is better.

Once you're inside the Music Box House, head down into the basement and when you approach the closet, a half-mummified man will jump out. If you try to attack him, Pamela will intervene and kick you out of the house and you'll have to wait until she leaves again. Play the Song of Healing for Pamela's father and he'll return to normal, dropping you the Gibdo Mask.
