Get motivated with this intense 12 minutes TABATA workout which you can do from the comfort of your own home. You will get 3 series of 8 exercises. We trigger several muscle groups and cardio goalsl. So you will get a complete workout for your whole body in only 14 minutes. Very effective and fun. As a bonus you will get some stretching exercises in the end. Go for it and have fun.
