The IPA has been a beer style Derica and I don't really appreciate all that much, historically. But, we made a trip to Belgium and France last year and found a new respect for them. So, we talked to North Mountain Supply and got one of their George's Beer IPA Extract kits, complete with liquid malt extract, hops and yeast and made the easiest, simplest IPA and our first, ever!
