This is the unfinished map editor in patch 1.1 of Warrior Kings Battles by Black Cactus.
The developers wanted to make the map editor available for everyone, but for some reasons (lack of time probably) they prefered to hide the map editor button, but the map editor is still compiled in the final release.

To activate the map editor button in the main menu you can use my "map editor enabler" trainer which you can find in my WK modding kit.

You can get the editor's textures from the first Warrior Kings game. If you don't own that game, you can still find them in the demo of the first Warrior Kings.
