Steps to fix your device.
1. Unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom of the unit on the back cover
2. Heat up the back cover
3. Remove the back cover
4. Carefully remove the motherboard and battery
5. Install motherboard and battery in the new screen assembly
6. Put your Samsung active 4 watch back together
