To access your desired workflow in your HubSpot account, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Go to Automation and then select Workflows.
Step 2 - Use the top search bar to enter the name of the workflow you are looking for.
Step 3 - Refine your search results by applying filters based on the following criteria:
a. Status: Filter by workflows that are either turned On or Off.
b. Type: Filter by the type of workflow object, such as deal-based or company-based workflows.
c. Creator: Narrow down your search by filtering workflows created by a specific user.
d. Teams: Filter by the team to which the workflow is assigned.
e. Tool created from: Filter workflows created using specific tools, like the forms tool or the workflows app.
Step 4 - To customize the information displayed for your workflows, follow these steps:
A. Click on Actions, then select Edit columns in the top right corner.
B. In the dialogue box, choose the properties or associations you want to see by selecting the checkboxes on the left.
C. Rearrange the properties by clicking and dragging them on the right.
D. To remove a property, click the "x" next to it. e. Once you're done, click Save.
Step 5 - To save your customized view along with the selected filters, follow these steps:
A. Click Save view, located in the top right corner.
B. Give your view a name and specify who can access it.
C. Finally, click Save to save your view.
Following these steps, you can efficiently locate and customize your workflows within HubSpot.
