Anaheim Rod & Custom just recently completed Tonya Kay's 1965 Buick Riviera or the Grape Space Coaster as she calls it. Tonya Kay has been producing an awesome and fun show called Tonya Kay's Pinup Pole Show hosted at The Federal Bar in North Hollywood. On select nights she's also features a Classic car cruise-in, which attracts some amazing classic cars from all over.

Here's some of the work that was completed on Tonya Kay's 1965 Buick Riviera.

- Bodywork and collision repair on quarter panel and door

- Sand, prep and spray color matched suede paint on back half, roof and door of car

-Remove, re-chrome and reinstall bumpers, trim and emblems & install custom front grill

-Get original headlamp clam shells to work

-Remove old wiring harness and install new wiring harness

-Swap old inoperable and inefficient air conditioning system for a new Vintage Air Magnum IV A/C unit

-Door/Window/Trunk/ Hood Repairs & Adjustments including: Adjusting doors; setting strikers; disassembling doors; lubing and adjusting windows; installing the belt line felt and weatherstripping; Replacing the door solenoids and installing a remote entry system; inspecting, adjusting, and replacing rubber bumpers and adjusting fitment & lubing all latches.

-Interior Repairs and Upgrades including: Custom upholstery: seats, door panels, kick panels, package tray, center consul, headliner with disco dingle balls, & custom color changing LED lighting, repairing and upgrading existing stereo system, cleaning and repairing gauge cluster.

- Engine Work included: Removing the engine & replacing rear main seal, assembling with new gaskets, replacing bad motor mounts & trans cooler lines, installing new high-output alternator, adding new finned engine dress-up kit cleaning & paint touch up of engine and engine compartment.

-Replacing bad steering rag joint.

- Exhaust Modifications: Removing the exhaust & installing refurbished original manifolds and new full exhaust straight pipes, which exit under the rear quarter panel past the rear wheels. Vroom Vroom!
