Rajput is a 1982 Hindi romantic action film starring Dharmendra, Rajesh Khanna, Vinod Khanna, Hema Malini, Tina Munim and Ranjeeta Kaur. It was directed by Vijay Anand. The film took many years for its completion and despite being delayed was critically acclaimed and became a commercial hit upon its release. As per box office of India, it was the ninth highest-grossing film of 1982.

Summary:
Raja Pratap Singh (Rajesh Khanna) is a nobleman whose love interest, Janki (Hema Malini), is forced to marry the powerful Maharaja Bhupendra Singh (Raaj Kumar) due to political pressure. Heartbroken, Raja Pratap retreats into solitude, only to be pulled into a struggle when he meets Manu (Dharmendra), a brave and honest police officer who fights against corruption.
Manu, who is in love with Kamli (Tina Munim), gets entangled in the web of feudal politics and the oppressive rule of Bhupendra Singh. As Manu battles injustice, he crosses paths with Pratap, and the two form a bond based on mutual respect. Together, they challenge the corrupt system, but their fight is fraught with emotional conflicts, particularly as Pratap still harbors feelings for Janki, who is now the Maharaja's wife.
