Recipes:
London Broil:
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp ground ginger or fresh grated
Salt and pepper
Marinate 1 - 2 lbs steak in ziplock bag turning occasionally the longer the better up to 24 hours:). After grilling slice on an angle.
