This is a 10-minute gentle, lymphatic flow exercise routine. It's done in standing and laying down on the ground or in a bed, without equipment. It's a full-body lymphedema exercise routine to stimulate the lymphatics and get the lymphatic system moving. There are no high-impact movements and follow the lymphatic system sequence and routes to direct lymphatic fluid through the lymphatic vessels, to the lymph nodes, and back towards the heart.
