In this video I unbox the Krysolad Portable Tire Changer from Amazon.
I ended up mounting this to a long 2x4 with screws, then parking the van on the other end.

When I loaded a wheel on it and tried to dismount it, the center pin spun and the wheel came loose. It even bent the anti rotation pin. I was so frustrated with it I didn't even want to waste more time with it, at least for my use case. For motorcycles, small lawnmower tires, etc it would be a great tool. I ended up sending it back and got the floor standing model.
