Ingredients for this recipe:
2 cups brown rice
1/2 cup lentils

1/2 cup carrot, peeled & chopped
2 pieces boneless chicken
Water to 4-cup line in Instant Pot (6-quart model)

Optional: pinch salt & 1 tbsp vinegar
Combine and set Instant Pot for 17 minutes. Use natural pressure release
