~ 1kg ikan patin
~ 2 pcs turmeric
~ 15 pcs cili padi
~ 4 stalks lemongrass
~ 2 slices tamarind
~ 200ml coconut extract
~ 1 cup of water
~ 2 tbsp salt
~ 1 tbsp sugar
~ 1 tbsp turmeric powder
