MAX and WEAK EV States, A New Cause of Prius Low MPG Preliminary Video.

For anyone that sees this 08/02/24... I have taken a break from working on my final video for this as of now... I hope I will get around to it by the end of the year this year. I have most everything recorded data wise I just need to put it all together coherently.

This is a preliminary video I have made to describe a Low Mpg Mechanism that effects Gen 2/Gen 3 Toyota Prius as well as other Toyota Hybrids with the same generation of Hybrid Drivetrains. I call them MAX and WEAK EV States.

It has been a phantom issue for decades at this point because nobody has described this cause of Low MPG accurately. this could be the cause if your Prius suddenly starts getting
