एक छोटे से गाँव से निकलकर, सिर्फ 5वीं पास आकाश बने 150 करोड़ की कंपनी के मालिक ,यह कहानी सिर्फ एक success story नहीं, बल्कि हर उस इंसान की उम्मीद है जो हालात से लड़कर जीतना चाहता है।

Akash Rode की कहानी महाराष्ट्र के निलंगा गाँव से शुरू होती है। किसान परिवार में जन्मे, 7 भाई-बहनों में एक, आकाश सिर्फ 5वीं तक ही पढ़ पाए क्योंकि हालात बेहद खराब थे। बचपन में दुकान में झाड़ू-पोंछा और जूते साफ करने से शुरुआत की सैलरी थी सिर्फ ₹800। लेकिन सपने बड़े थे। कभी माँ के गहने बेचकर मोबाइल शॉप डाली, तो कभी Clothing Store खोला पर हर बार कर्ज और नाकामी हाथ लगी।

एक वक्त तो ऐसा आया कि 1 करोड़ के कर्ज में डूबे आकाश को गाँव छोड़कर पैदल भागना पड़ा। पुणे स्टेशन पर भूखे-प्यासे बैठे थे, जब एक वड़ा पाव वाली आंटी ने खाना दिया, यहीं से उनकी किस्मत पलटनी शुरू हुई। होटल में बर्तन धोने से chef बनने तक का सफर तय किया। वहीं से food industry को लेकर एक idea आया "बिना chef के भी अच्छा खाना serve किया जा सकता है" और यहीं से जन्म हुआ 99 Tasty Hub का।

धीरे-धीरे आकाश ने chef less model पर आधारित एक ऐसा cafe शुरू किया, जो आज भारत में 150+ outlets तक पहुँच चुका है। उन्होंने Machine-based Kitchen System डेवलप किया जिससे 3 मिनट में ही। High Quality Food Serve किया जा सके। आज उनकी सालाना टर्नओवर 50 करोड़ से भी ज़्यादा है और कंपनी की वैल्यूएशन 150 करोड़ पार कर चुकी है।

इस कहानी से हमें सीख मिलती है कि हालात कितने भी खराब हों, अगर सपने बड़े हैं और मेहनत सच्ची है ,तो कोई भी जीरो से हीरो बन सकता है। गरीबी गुनाह नहीं, हार मान लेना गुनाह है बस सोच बदलो, मेहनत करो और अपनी कहानी खुद लिखो।


From a small village and only a 5th-grade education, Akash Rode went on to build a company worth ₹150 crore. This isn’t just a success story, it’s a beacon of hope for anyone who dares to fight against their circumstances and win.

Akash’s journey begins in Nilanga, a village in Maharashtra. Born into a farmer’s family and one of seven siblings, he could only study up to class 5 due to extremely poor conditions. In his childhood, he started working in a shop, sweeping floors, cleaning shoes, and earned just ₹800 a month. But his dreams were far bigger.

At one point, he even sold his mother's jewelry to start a mobile shop. He later opened a clothing store, but every time, he was met with debt and failure.

Things got so bad that Akash, drowning in ₹1 crore of debt, had to flee his village on foot. Sitting hungry and thirsty at Pune station, a vada pav vendor offered him food , and that’s where his luck began to change. He started washing dishes in a hotel and eventually became a chef.

Step by step, Akash built a chef-less café model that has now grown to over 150 outlets across India. He developed a machine-based kitchen system that can serve high-quality food in just 3 minutes.
Today, his company’s annual turnover exceeds ₹50 crore, and its valuation has crossed ₹150 crore.

This story teaches us one powerful lesson: No matter how bad your situation is, if your dreams are big and your effort is genuine, you can rise from zero to hero. Poverty is not a crime, but giving up is. Change your mindset, work hard, and write your own story.
