Humber’s Bachelor of Industrial Design program held their annual Chair Show at the Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation this year. Students displayed their full-scale chair prototypes to a panel of industry professionals. This year’s design brief was created in collaboration with Nienkamper, the exclusive partner for the 2024 Chair Show. The student’s concepts address the evolving nature of commercial work spaces and need for seating solutions outside of a conventional workstation. Thank you to Jeremy Gibson and Kenny Nyugen from Nienkamper for their guidance and support and a special thanks to Borgo Contract Seating for their year after year support of the students as well.
