Ivan Toney, the incredible striker for Brentford F.C. and Max Crocombe the amazing goalkeeper for Melbourne Victory F.C. have joined us today to share their personal story about football and mental health, including how sports have helped to improve their wellbeing.

Ivan and Max are both passionate about helping young people, especially young men talk openly about their mental health and to break the stigma. Professional footballers suffer more from symptoms of depression and anxiety than the general public due to the immense pressure their job brings. To have Ivan and Max take part in this event is a blessing. We hope you enjoy listening to their stories as much as we do...
