Paul Z Jackson's passion for bringing out the best in people has led to work as a facilitator, coach, and trainer of trainers and facilitators around the world.

He draws on his experiences in journalism, comedy production and the BBC to design and deliver impactful, story-rich events that connect directly to the needs of the participants.

After ten years experience as a journalist with the Thomson Organisation, he took an interest in improvisation and comedy, setting up a series of performing groups that nurtured the talents of Steve Coogan, Rob Brydon and Ruth Jones. As a script-editor and senior producer with BBC Radio 4, he introduced dozens of writers to their first professional contracts. He has written several books and made several mistakes.

TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
