First-time using Ooni Karu Pizza Oven with a Gas Burner | PIZZA BEGINNERS GUIDE!

Hello and welcome to our learning to cook pizza journey! I made a pizza in the Ooni Karu Pizza Oven using the Ooni gas burner!

I think the gas burner works really well in this oven which is bigger than the Ooni 3 and I didn't even need to use a flame guard!

63% Hydration - Pizza Dough Recipe:

500g Soft Grain 00 milled Pizzeria Blue Caputo flour
315 g water
9g salt
0.5g dried yeast

The dough was room proofed for 24 hours in a plastic box with a lid - I balled up 30 minutes before use.
