How It Works (The Integrated Process):


Assembling Station:
The process begins where the web (vertical plate) and two flanges (horizontal plates) are automatically positioned, clamped, and fitted together into a precise "H" shape. This ensures perfect alignment for the subsequent welding phase.

Twin-Station Welding:
This is the core feature that defines its high efficiency. The pre-assembled H-beam enters the first welding station, where twin-wire submerged arc welding heads simultaneously weld the two fillet seams on one side. This station corrects any thermal distortions—such as web camber or flange angular deformation—caused by the welding heat. Performing this correction in-line and while the steel is still warm ensures superior dimensional accuracy with minimal force required.
