To bring our Mediterranean Garden to life, we invited renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei to the Chelsea Flower Show to cook a family recipe. Time to make Mama proud!

Cavatelli is a quintessential Calabrian style pasta, but Mazzei adds his family twist to the staple with Tomato, ‘Nduja and Aged Ricotta.The fresh Cavatelli, made from Semolina rimacinata flour, is drowned in a delicious tomato sauce, infused with a herb ‘fumata’, and topped with Ricotta and parmesan.

For added flavour and heat, Francesco incorporates one of his signature ingredients: spicy ‘Nduja paste. The result? An Al Fresco Feast, perfect to enjoy outside together this summer!
