Italian Chicken Pasta:
On your Blackstone(On stove top):
gently sauté 2 cloves of garlic and 1 shallot
Add Cherry tomatoes and cook until tender
Add Chicken (We did 2 large chicken breast) thats been marinating in Italian Dressing(The longer it can marinate the better)
While Chicken is cooking, Add tortellini to grill-no need to pre cook, just add it right on from fridge! If you are making this on the Blackstone, add some water to your tortellini and cover it with a dome until the pasta is tender!
Then add a good amount of Italian dressing to the Tortellini.
Once chicken is cooked you can go ahead and start mixing it with the pasta, tomatoes, and garlic.
Add Roasted Bell peppers(from the jar)
Add Spinach and allow it to wilt just a few minutes
If you need to add more dressing, go ahead and add that now!
Then top everything with Parmesan and take off the grill
When ready to serve, top with Balsamic glaze!
