In the video I was at EOR - Epping Ongar Railway doing a signal box experience course.

Pulling and pushing the red levers for signals and blue and black levers for the points plus exchange tokens between drivers like the DMU unit and a class 37 loco. Plus also doing the bell codes with Ongar signal box. Plus with a cab ride in the 37 from North Weald to Ongar and back.
