What can a disabled or handicapped person do to gain a sense of self-gratification and self-worth? not to mention the added mental and emotional stimulation. Indoor gardening is one way to fulfill these needs and it's great fun to boot! an indoor greenhouse or grow room is the perfect answer.


*This is not a video for others to sympathize or feel sorry for me; I am merely revealing a more personal side of myself so perhaps others may benefit from the positive effects of gardening, especially during the winter months. Television or even the internet can not do this, LOL.
