Hello, it‘s me uncle coconut..! Another dish, which went viral during the quarantine time: KFC rice cooker dish ! I am a big fan of KFC and I always eat KFC with rice, since I'm used to it in my home country. But I never tried this version, where the chicken is put into rice cooker to let the flavor of original recipe flow into the rice. I am wondering, how the inventor came up with this idea...

Ingredients:
4 pcs chicken from KFC, original recipe.
400 gr rice
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon chicken stock powder
1 carrot (optional)
