Kanopi Residences marks a brand new milestone for City of Elmina where they transition from their usual landed homes into highrise apartments. This allows them to craft that city living experience for residents as the project is walking distance from everything including the new Elmina Lakeside Mall, park, wellness center, education hub, and etc. And by looking at site, it's amazing that the team has started the process for the entire precinct.

I can still vividly remember the prices of landed homes back then during the initial stage of the township. It was around RM 500k-600k for a link home but not many was interested due to the distance. But after all the infrastructure are completed, it's surreal to see traffic congestion taking place in this location. Fortunately there are plans to build the extension of Guthrie Exchange to resolve the congestion.

For Kanopi Residences, the scheme is simple, practical and direct. Nothing too complicated and fancy. It's a starter home for families for ownstay purposes. But for investment, it's gonna be challenging to evaluate currently as this is the FIRST apartment in this township. The return will highly depend on the progress of the development but for this team, I'm pretty confident.
