The Great Debate (1 of 3): Fasted Vs Fed Exercise

Inside this video, I'm going to talk about the great debate.
I'm talking about one of the most controversial subjects in the weight loss industry. And that's fasted or fed exercise, which is really better. And it really comes down to what your goals are.

So what I do in this video is I want to cover how to eat before, during, and after exercise if your goal is to lose belly fat.

In the next video, I'll talk about how to eat before, during, and after exercise if you want to gain muscle.

Then in part three of this series, I'm going to introduce you to an exercise in nutrition schedule that you can follow on a weekly basis if your goal is to do both, if you want to gain muscle and lose belly fat now.

So if your goal is to lose belly fat, you want to focus on keeping insulin as low as possible before you exercise.

And there's a couple different ways you can do this.

You can wait four to five hours after a balanced meal. (I explain how this works)

Now after your workout, you want to go ahead and wait 45 to 60 minutes if your goal is to lose belly fat. (I will show you why)
So in the next video, I'm going to share with you how do you use this approach completely different if your goal is to gain muscle.

In the meantime, you have to make sure that, while you're exercising, you're exercising the right way based on your hormonal condition, which is why I want to introduce you to a 12 minute metabolic trick that you can use to burn more belly fat in 12 minutes than an entire hour of traditional exercise when it's performed properly.
