5. Test Yourself (Review)
When it’s time to study, use the two-column format for active review:

Cover the large Notes Column so you can only see the Cue Column.

Use the keywords and questions in the Cue Column to quiz yourself.

Say the answers out loud.

Uncover the Notes Column to check if you were right.

Regularly repeating this process helps you move the information from your short-term memory to your long-term memory.
