Grated coconut 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Tamarind small ball
Dry red chillies 4-6 (depending on your spice level)
Onion 1/2 sliced
Vinegar (optional) only if necessary

Method:
1. Roast dry shrimps on a pan over a slow flame for about 5 minutes or until they are crisp. Sieve them to get rid of any dust .
2. Grind Chillies, Cumin, Salt, Turmeric powder and tamarind soaked in water.( you can use vinegar instead of tamarind as well)
3. Mix grated coconut, Roasted dry Shrimps, Ground paste and half an onion with your fingers.
4. Adjust salt and sourness ( add vinegar if needed).
5. Enjoy with a bowl of Ganji.

Note:
1. This chutney has to be finished the same day .
2. You can roast coconut and onion before mixing if you want to keep it for 2 days...
3. I have used small Variety of Shrimps.
4. If you are using big variety then remove the head of shrimps.
