Dog DJ’s “Move for a Minute” is a fun, energetic song designed to get little ones up on their feet and moving their bodies in quick, playful bursts. Created for ages 0–5, this video helps children practise gross motor skills, body awareness, coordination and rhythm—all in just one minute!

As an occupational therapist, I’ve poured so much time, love and learning into creating Dog DJ and this movement series. Every beat, every action and every second on screen has been built from scratch, with plenty of errors, re-dos and late nights along the way! But the goal is simple: support children’s development through joyful movement.
